Conflict Resolution / Mediation
From a deadlocked conflict to a sustainable solution
As a mediator I support those involved in finding a sustainable solution for their conflict themselves – respectful, culturally sensitive and solution-oriented.
Who it's for
Who this offer is suited to
Companies and SMEs with conflicts in commercial settings
Teams with internal conflicts at all levels
Families – private and confidential
Expats with conflicts in their work, social and family environment
My approach
I do not prescribe a solution
As a mediator I support the parties in finding their own solutions for their conflict. I do not determine any further course of action and do not prescribe a solution, but believe that those involved themselves know best what can work for them. Mediation gives all parties a high degree of participation and a feeling of control over the process and the outcome – and helps to preserve relationships.

Mediation explained in brief
Process
How the mediation works
01
Preliminary talks
Before the first session with each party – individually or jointly, as required.
02
Initial session
By arrangement, approx. 2–8 hours. Afterwards we decide together how to proceed.
03
Further sessions
By mutual arrangement and promptly – no long-term mediations over months.
Further measures can be discussed individually with the parties and set up accordingly (coaching, consulting, team development, therapies, etc.). I work solution-oriented and am of the opinion that mediation cannot replace therapy.
